In today's podcast we are joined by Vice President of Cumby Development, Melissa Brown and MidCity Homes, Vice President of Operation, Sean McCaffrey. 

 

Melissa Brown oversees the strategic operations from land acquisition to entitlements, while maintaining the Cumby Group’s brand image throughout project development and construction. Being a key leader in the company, Melissa brings effective communication and organization to enable an integrated unified platform for our team members, creating clear progress through all stages of development and construction. With previous experience focusing on communication, sales and marketing, Melissa’s passion for the Austin real-estate industry can be traced back over a decade, expanding health care facilities, leading sales efforts, and establishing new real estate divisions. 

 

Sean McCaffrey has a deep-rooted professional interest in boutique residential construction projects, building houses, with over 10 years of industry experience. Sean's career has been focused on residential construction; primarily single family new-home construction in the Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio markets. His previous position was as a project portfolio manager, working for both business operations and construction in budgeting, process improvement, and master scheduling for the multifamily branch of our organization, Cumby Group.
